RULES ACCEPTANCE
By enrolling, the Contestant ("You") agrees to be totally and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
Furthermore, you agree to accept Star Kiddies and other contest Sponsors' decisions as final and binding in all matters relating to this Campaign.

CAUTION
Any attempt to deliberately damage the competition's Instagram/website or any related platform, or to undermine the legitimate operation of the competition, could constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws.
If such an attempt is made, the Organization reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by Zambian law, including criminal prosecution.
The Organization reserves the right to remove any contestant who violates these rules and/or fails to behave properly from the competition and to disqualify such a contestant. Contestants must behave appropriately and follow all Competition Rules at every stage, including the final stage.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

The entire contest will last 3–4 weeks.
* The competition is completely free to enter.
* Participants must upload a photo of their child via the website or send it via WhatsApp.
* Entrants must read and accept all competition terms and conditions.
* All submissions must be truthful; any misrepresentation invalidates the entry.
* Entries must be submitted during the official registration window — late entries will not be accepted.
* The Organization reserves the right to verify entrants’ identity, residency, and claims.
* By entering, you authorize the Organization to use photos/data for marketing for 1 year, without compensation.

WINNER SELECTION
* Winner selection involves a 3-stage voting process.
* Voting costs ZMW2 per vote.
* Votes can be made on the website or through approved payment channels.
* The Judges' decision is final based on total votes.

Voting Breakdown:
Stage 1:
* Participants must receive 100 votes or more (ZMW2/vote) to move to Stage 2.
* At the end of this stage, qualified participants proceed automatically.
Stage 2:
* Participants must now receive 600 votes or more to reach the final stage.
* When the timer ends, the top 10 contestants with the most votes move on.
* The Organization may choose to award random contestants during this stage.
Stage 3 (Final):
* Contestants must gather over 1000 votes (ZMW2/vote).
* After the final round, the Top 10 will be declared winners.
 * 1st Prize: ZMW120,000
 * 2nd Prize: ZMW90,000
 * 3rd Prize: ZMW60,000
 * Other 7 finalists receive consolation prizes.
  * 20% of total votes cast will be pooled and shared among these 7.
* Notification of winners will be made via email/phone within 24 hours before the grand finale.
* Family and fans can vote multiple times. Self-voting is allowed.
* Leaderboard will reflect contestants with lowest votes at the top (i.e. leading position).

GENERAL
* The Organization is not responsible for technical failures affecting votes/submissions.
* Entrants must own or have permission to use photos submitted.
* The Organization may alter or terminate the contest without prior notice.
* The Organization may use photos, names, and details for ads/promotions during and after the contest, without further notice or modeling fees.
* Entrants' data may be shared with third parties engaged in promotional efforts.
* Any offensive, obscene, or inappropriate material will be deleted.
* The Organization and its team are not liable for any damages or misuse of rewards.
* ZMW2 per vote is non-refundable.

Sunday: 1 PM to 9 PM
(Vote confirmations and helpline service are only available during these hours.)
PRIZES
* Grand Prize: ZMW120,000
* Second Prize: ZMW90,000
* Third Prize: ZMW60,000
* Consolation prizes: Top 7 finalists (other than top 3) will share 20% of total votes cast
* Prizes must be claimed within 10 days of notification.
* Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
* Winners are responsible for the use, risk, or expense of their prizes.
* The Organization reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value if necessary.
* All prizes will be processed within 10–15 working days.

CONDUCT
Entrants agree to follow the rules and decisions made by the Organization. Anyone found:
* Violating the rules
* Tampering with systems or entry process
* Abusing or harassing others
* Acting in an unsportsmanlike manner

TERMINATION
The Organization reserves the right to terminate or change the contest or rules at any time without prior notice.

GOVERNING LAW
This competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
All issues related to validity, interpretation, or enforcement of these Rules will be handled under Zambian law.
